I inspected floor joists from tall crawlspace (that you can stand up in) and all floor joists look solid, except 2 floor joists under the kitchen, that would need to be replaced. Rotten areas in living room and kitchen: simple fix to make it look new would be to just put down ¾” plywood and linoleum.
