About a 15 minute walk from the medical and law campuses; bus stop across the street for a 15 minute ride downtown/east campus. Price is for entire unit, not per bedroom; no single-bedroom rentals. Bathroom should have new vinyl by move-in. Note that although Zillow's decided the heating is forced air, it's actually baseboard, which is better if you have allergies. One cat permitted with pet deposit. No dogs, sorry. No smoking in unit or in hallways/stairwell. Tenants seem to enjoy it here and have generally stayed 2-4 years.
