    Charming, Magnificient view of the lake, fireplaced living room with ooen ceiling in living room. Fully remodeled kitchen for the most part, and new carpeting in living room, 2 bedrooms new carpeting. There was also a new seawall put up from the south to the north all the way across the property that is about 18 inches above the grass in case the water rises, there is also a removable metal seawall piece that can be removed in the summer to walk down around 3 or 4 steps to the beach out of a total of 16 weatherproof wood steps that are mostly buried in the sand except for the 3 or 4 steps, there are also 2 metal railings on either side of the steps. Lastly the beach is fairly large which is great.
