Treat it as you would your own home. You will have access to the community pool, clubhouse, BBQ, and gym. You can also access the public clubhouse and restaurant on the golf course. You can access the Private Golf Clubhouse and its restaurant if you have a Golf Club membership. -Location and things to do: You can take a 5-minute walk to the Tournament Club House, where you can enjoy a delicious lunch or happy hour at Ernie's Bar and Grill or play a round of golf at Jack Nicklaus Tournament/Stadium Courses. -Ralph's is the closest supermarket, about 10 minutes away, and Trader Joe's is also nearby.
