Tenant is responsible for up keep of home, yard maintenance and such. Tenant is required to notify landlord with any issues so we can repair quickly, even if they caused the issue. Landlord reserves the right to inspect the home without notice if we feel the home is not being maintained. Tenant will be given a special sheet of responsibilities of tenant with lease that they will be required to sign.
