Safe, quiet neighborhood with walking trails, restaurants, and shopping close by. Nothing fancy, just clean and comfortable. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Owner pays for water and trash. No smoking and no parties. Dogs are welcome but renter is responsible for cleaning up their waste in the yard. The house is furnished and the kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots and pans, etc. Items should be treated with respect. I would like a yearly lease but would consider shorter stays.
