This neighbohood is an excellent neighborhood! All of the neighbors are very friendly and look out for one anothers properties. I grew up in the house across the street which my parents still own and I know the renters they have in their very well. Its a very quite neighborhood, everyone keeps their yards nice and neat, they keep to themselves, and when driving by everyone waves.
