    Hello! We are renting a beautiful, clean, quiet, independent lower level studio apartment. You will save $110+ on utilities each month! You will have your own entrance, utilities, laundry, and bath in 432 square feet. Being on the edge of East Moreland is INCREDIBLE as it's the most beautiful neighborhood in Portland! You would not have anyone to any side of you and only 2 quiet people upstairs. We live on the upper two levels and are both very quiet / respectful and friendly! This home is available January 01, 2021. Tours available with 24hr agreed time and day notice to the current renter. Masks are required to enter. We are looking for one person only, no pets or smoking of any kind. We are in a single family detached home built in 2018 which is bright, clean, beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and near Reed College / East Moreland! I have an adorable dog that lives inside with us. There is a brand new washer and dryer, an ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilator), AC, fast Wifi, and more! To move in, we require a tour to be sure you understand the premises (at least a face time or zoom tour). In person tours require a mask and 2 people max at a time. The next step is a background check which is $40 non-refundable. A non-refundable deposit of $480 is due to secure your home and take it off the market for you. It is not refunded if you don't move in, but if you move in it turns into a refundable Security Deposit on move-in day. The day before move-in, first and last month's rent is due. Yes, it's still available, as I will pull all advertisement the second a deposit is placed. The electrical bill is separate from the rent and averages $40 per month for heating, cooking, and lights. All other utilities are managed by me and included in your rent! You have your own large water heater that is heated with gas included in the rent. . . just try to empty that huge tank! :) All appliances are provided (washer/dryer, fridge, oven, microwave). There is a queen-sized murphy bed, and an armoire, but no additional furniture. All storage available is within the studio apartment. You are able to lock your door between your unit and the rest of the house, which is air tight. We do have free street parking. A bus stop is about three blocks away, and the light-rail is about 12 blocks away and we are on a bike path. I would love to answer any questions! You'll find me VERY responsive to text, and calling is ok too anytime between 8am and 8pm seven days a week! See above.
