Looking for someone who is looking for a minimum 6-9 month lease commitment - Looking to add a roommate on to my current lease who is responsible and can pass a background check, you will be added on to the lease agreement. The current lease goes until September 2023, I was planning to stay here for work but my plans have changed. It is fully furnished and will be $2500/mo or unfurnished for $2000/mo. The building has all the amenities including a rooftop pool, gym, secure parking, and a prime location next to bars and restaurants. I can only add one individual and preferably with no pets.
