This unit is located on the second floor of the building. This unit is leasing for the 2025-26 lease year. Tenants are responsible for their electricity, water and gas through the City of Ames and Alliant Energy. We cover internet, garbage, and 2 parking spots per unit. Dogs and cats are allowed at this property. They require a one time fee of $250 and $50 pet rent per month. Pets MUST be approved by management before moving in. One pet is permitted unless otherwise agreed upon with management. When applying, we require all tenants who plan to reside in the unit to submit their own applications.
