This house begs for an offer. Cutesy Colonial with fireplace in the living room, good hardwood floors, and lots of windows and light. You can walk out into the yard from the basement and the basement has several full windows to let in the light. I was amazed at the walk-up attic space that would store so much of what we accumulate. The heater and central air conditioning is relatively new. Having said all this the house has grown old with the owner and is in desperate need of paint and updating of the kitchen. The house functions fine.
