Located a few minutes from the private residence is access to the community clubhouse, which includes a resort-style pool, hot tub, outdoor living/BBQ area, gym fitness center, and shuffleboard. The community pool & hot tub are heated from October to May. In January, you can walk to the Stadium course to watch the pros play in The American Express Golf Tournament. Certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs will be considered at an additional fee. Service animals are permitted, and the fee is waived for such situations (however the animal is never permitted to be in the unit alone if it is a service animal). Please note we do not allow any pets other than dogs. Signature PGA West Community Rules: 1) The City of La Quinta & Signature PGA West has a quiet hour ordinance (10 pm 8 am). 2) No more than 2 vehicles per home unit may be parked on the street at any time during the hours of 12 am 7 am. 3) No trailer, camper, mobile home, commercial vehicle, truck (other than a standard-size pick-up truck), boat, or inoperable vehicle will be allowed in the community. AMEX Golf Tournament: In late December and extending into January, the American Express (AMEX) organization will be preparing for their upcoming golf tournament, which will be hosted on the golf course adjacent to this property. During this period, it is possible that there will be some noise and temporary obstructions to the view from the backyard of the residence as they make preparations for this prestigious event. We've set up a security camera outside, positioned on the front entrance door, and another one on the corner of the garage to ensure safety throughout your stay. Additionally, there's a noise monitoring device in the living room to ensure guest respect local noise ordinances during quiet hours. Tenant agrees to pay a $500 monthly utility fee. No smoking inside. Only dogs allowed with a $150 pet cleaning fee per dog. Additional fee for heating the pool/spa.
