I have had installed vinyl "Accent Brand" solar tinted windows, also the entire exterior of the house was clad with "ABC Seamless Steel ABS siding. When I had the roof reshaked, I bought extra heavy shakes, i.e. 3/4 inch thick. The patio is covered, and the slat fence is less than a year old. Neighborhood Description This is a very well respected neighborhood, with an active covenant controlled (but not overcontrolled) reputation. We all enjoy well maintained yards, landscaping, and home appearance. There is a mix of young families, and older people living here. It is a mature neighborhood, in that the trees, and other landscaping has grown into beautiful shapes, but not overgrown. The streets are in average condition. Several years ago this neighborhood was incorporated into a part of the City of Centennial, Colorado.
