Located a few minutes from the private residence is access to the community clubhouse, which includes a resort-style pool, hot tub, outdoor living/BBQ area, gym fitness center, and shuffleboard. The community pool & hot tub are heated from October to May. The owners have decided not to allow any pets at this property. Signature PGA West Community Rules: 1) The City of La Quinta & Signature PGA West has a quiet hour ordinance (10 pm 8 am). 2) No more than 2 vehicles per home unit may be parked on the street at any time during the hours of 12 am 7 am. 3) No trailer, camper, mobile home, commercial vehicle, truck (other than a standard-size pick-up truck), boat, or inoperable vehicle will be allowed in the community. We've positioned security cameras outside, with one to the right of the front entrance and another in the corner of the backyard, to enhance safety during your stay. Moreover, there's a noise monitoring device in the living room to ensure adherence to local noise regulations during quiet hours. Tenant agrees to pay a $500 monthly utility fee. No smoking inside. No pets allowed. Additional fee for heating the pool/spa.
