The Livingroom has a full sofa and streaming device on a 32" TV. The Bedroom has a QUEEN bed, large closet, armoire and nightstand with built in receptacle for plugging in your electronics. The bathroom has a large tiled shower, and linens are included. There is a small fenced yard with grass area for the dog and outside seating with table with shade sail. We are looking for a mid-term professional tenant who is wanting a temporary place, that needs the amentities we offer. Heating and cooling via Wall mounted 2 MINI SPLIT units. The furnishings are for the tenants use and must stay. The water, trash, power, Spectrum Wifi are included. There is off street parking. No aggressive breeds. Sorry no kitties. We do have small dogs that live with us on the property, but they do not have access to apartment. Cleaning fee of $150.
