Close to PSU, NCNM, OHSU. My husband and I have decided to separate and I am looking for someone to share our home with my 2 year old son and me. Rent includes wireless internet and water/garbage/recycling. The only utilities we pay are electric (which runs around $90 in the winter, much less in the summer) and gas. The landlord lives in the unit above us, though he has his own entrance and separate address and is only around part time. Hood and St. Helens outdoor space with potential for garden The house is 2 floors, and the downstairs bedroom is very large, sunny, and has its own entrance. The upstairs bedroom is slightly smaller, though closer to the kitchen and bathroom. Our new roommate may choose which bedroom to live in, and the other bedroom will be converted to a shared office/den space. I am a medical student at NCNM, clean, quiet, and studious. We are looking for someone who enjoys being around children and cats, who is also quiet and respectful. We are tidy and like things to be picked up and clean, but by no means obsessive.
