The reason I was attracted to this is home is the location and proximity to fort Stewart, and all of the conveniences on nearby Hwy 84. Everything that is happening in Hinesville is litterally 5 minutes from home. I saw a home with “good bones” that needed some TLC. A new roof was installed, the HVAC system was replaced inside and out. I added some custom made counters, a ceramic subway tile backsplash and a new stainless steel appliance package! Floors were replaced in the living areas with a really sharp vinyl plank flooring that is super popular because of its great wood floor look and outstanding functionability. They offer the great scratch and wear resistance of laminate but unlike laminate and wood flooring, it is Water Resistant! Because face it, Life Happens. To add a comforting touch, I added new carpet in the 4 bedrooms with an upgraded dura-bond padding for added comfort and track resistance. I have taken a lot of time and care in making this a really good option for a new owner to enjoy worry free living for some time and at an affordable price.
