A wonderful "mountain cabin in the city", located in Olde Town Arvada on a spacious lot with a hot tub, barrel sauna and three storage sheds on property for tools and/or hobbies. Our beloved home is for rent; it'll be partially furnished. The home is situated near the back of the elongated lot providing plenty of privacy, and is walking distance from the nice hustle and bustle that Arvada Olde Town offers. The property has a farm-style gate which is opened & closed by hand, to provide additional security on the property. There is plenty of parking including a level 2 EV charger on the lot. Several place to sit outside, a children's playset, an in-ground trampoline and if needed a separate fenced area for a dog to be outside, although our dog enjoys the entire garden. The (bed/office) rooms are smaller, it is a cozy house layout with an upgraded kitchen and 2 mini bedrooms upstairs. If you need temporary housing and are interested to find out how it is to live in Arvada, this is a nice 'home'. We are looking for private people that we can agree on a few points of attention that older houses like this typically come with. We are looking for temporary tenants to agree on start and end date, the utilities (for example when driving an EV, the additional electrical cost) if N/A, this will not be required.
