The apartment complex is brand new, with a resort style pool, fitness center, gated access, and plentiful parking. Located in South Tulsa, the complex is close to US-169, making it a quick trip to shopping along 71st, Broken Arrow, and a commute to most workplaces in Tulsa. The complex allows pets, with a $200 deposit and a monthly fee. The unit is on the first floor and includes a large living room with a fireplace, a patio, stainless steel appliances and sheetrock-styled countertops. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven alongside the modern wood cabinets and ceramic tile flooring make for a gorgeous kitchen. The living room has plenty of space for a dining area, and an accent wall provides a beautiful and unique decor. Cable is hooked up, and my current roommate has an account with Cox. Washer and dryer are in the unit and rented from a local company. All bills will be split 50/50 between my roommate and the future tenant:
