Building amenities include a gym, business center, sauna, steam room, & rooftop deck plus 1 reserved garage space with a charging station. This is a furnished home, generally for shorter term leases. I can be flexible on terms. All utilities are included. Parking space available with (pay per use) charging station. Small pets allowed with an additional $50 fee per pet. There will be a $150 cleaning fee included as well. No smoking in the unit but smoking is okay outside.
