    This home is being sold as is. It needs a little TLC. The right buyer will be able to make this home a dream whether for themselves or for flipping. I have replaced the tankless water heater with a bigger, better unit, I replaced the ac duct work under the house, replaced the ac unit with a brand new bigger, better unit.
