Community pool, with assigned parking. Great proximity to the beach, only 1.5 miles public beach access, 2.2 miles to Surfside Beach Pier. Great proximity to restaurants, shops, medical, grocery stores. Would prefer a year contract. However, various optional lease lengths can definitely be considered. First months rent plus security deposit required before move in. No pets over 25 pounds (per HOA regulations). However, $20 per month pet fee does apply. Please plan on paying a first months rent ($1400) and security deposit of $1000 ($200 of the security deposit for cleaning is non refundable) five days before agreed move in date. After that, rent will be due on the first of each month. If more than five days late there will be a $25/day late fee. Only people who are on the agreed contract will be allowed residence past 2 weeks (please no visitors or family past the two week mark that is not listed on the agreed contract). This is a non smoking residence. I will allow pets with a $20 monthly fee. Upon moving in, you must register your car for a parking pass. Thankyou!!
