The neighborhood sits adjacent to a large natural area by the Poudre River, so the property is about a 1 minute walk to the ponds and walking trails. The city's bike trail system connects here, and it's about a 15-20 minute ride into Old Town following the river. This is a private space, but the garage and room on the lower level area will be used as mostly storage and occasional daytime office/work space for the landlord. No one will be living downstairs or need to access the front door or the tenant's personal space. There is space available in the garage and outbuilding for tenant's storage in the if needed.
