Upstairs hosts the kitchen, bath and home office area and downstairs is setup for a living area with queen bed tucked in the corner. Lower level walks out to the rear deck facing the lake. Washer & Dryer are in the unit too. You are responsible for electric and heat(propane for a brand new rinnai space heater). Utilities avg. around $1,500/year depending on winters.
