Enjoy the ample board games provided for your entertainment or bring a good book! Renter is responsible for firewood & gas for generator should they run out of power. No other utilities. There is no wifi so guest would want to bring a hotspot. Guest to maintain lawn. If guest is staying in the winter they are responsible for plowing.
