Tenant will obtain approval from landlords before any changes made to existing structures and/or appliances within the home. 18. Tenant will contact landlords for house related emergency services within 24hrs. Landlords will make arrangements for proper repairs attending to the convenience of the tenant whenever possible. 19. Tenant agrees to two dogs on the premise and will be required to update landlords if situation changes. 20. If this lease is terminated prior to xxxx, the tenant will have the option to pay any remaining rent on the property or to find a sublet approved of by the landlord. 21. No smoking is allowed within the dwelling.
