**PLEASE READ FIRST AS I'M GETTING 1/3 OF PEOPLE NOT UNDERSTANDING THE LISTING: Note this is a private half of the house but there are other tenants that will live in the front completely separated from you in the back by sliding wood doors that lock and a private side entrance for you with coded locks. The entire house rents for $6400 which is what the mortgage costs a month. The entire back is $2200. Just to make that clear. If you're cool with that - this is one of the best places you'll find in this enviable part of town near the campus, a mile from Pearl st, and near all of the biking and running trails down the road. I recently moved in and I'm finishing the painting now and have a lot of new furniture throughout the house. The house can be rented in a few ways; a room in the main house or you can rent the entire private back of the house. The house itself is in a great location which is kind of in the middle between "The Hill" and South Boulder as you're heading to the Whole Foods on the edge of town. From the living room, there are unobstructed views of the Flatirons. There will be two sliding doors that you can lock which also has a side entrance so you can have total privacy if you like in the bath half of the house which is what this rental is for (not the entire house for the price). You'll have the master bedroom and bathroom as well as a living room/ sunroom. The room will be freshly painted this week as well as a nice bed unless you have your own things you'd like to use. I'll accept dogs or cats as long as they're well-behaved and you're a good owner that takes care of them. The yard was just cleaned up as well as the trees so we will be doing yard work in the coming weeks and grass of course in the spring. I'm also looking to get a Nordic Track treadmill as well as a sauna in December or January. If you like the place, let me know, and we'll chat. The price is $2200, one month down payment, plus utilities and you can do long or short term but I prefer someone that will be there for around six months at least but it's not a big deal if it's shorter. We can do a month to month lease so you're not tied into a lease but I prefer someone staying for at least 6 months if possible but it's not a deal breaker. No smoking cigarettes. Utilities will be split amongst a few people and shouldn't be that much, but I'll give you a rough number before signing.
