Everything in the apartment is nearly new; from the flooring to the kitchen and the bathroom. $725/month includes heat and hot water. Electric is not included but averages $35-$45/month with NYSEG. Tenants are responsible for the trash tags for trash removal, cable and internet. There is no laundry on premise, but the laundromat is less than half a mile from the building. Off-street parking for 1-2 vehicles. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and there are no furnishings available. We can accept one cat, with an additional deposit, dogs are not permitted at this location. References, security deposit and first month's rent are all required.
