In the winter we're only 15 minutes from the wonderful family friendly ski mountain of Butternut. Historic Great Barrington is only 15 minutes drive with many excellent local restaurants and shops, farmers markets + local food stores. A Guidos and Big Y's are within 20 mins drive for all your grocery needs. The house has 4 bedrooms and beds for 8 people, 1 King & 1 queens & two twin bedrooms. There is a bonus room in the Garden room which sleeps 2 comfortably in a queen bed. The house can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. Two bathrooms one with a roll top bath and two showers plus a guest WC in garden room. Downstairs is a private 700 sq ft bedroom and living room with original Danish furniture and a queen size bed and third toilet + another bedroom with a queen bed off this room. There is a washer/dryer downstairs plus a drying room for, swim towels, ski clothes and a shed to store skis. Rental Terms: The rental term 12 month lease at $4,750 until June 30 2025.
