DEPOSIT HAS BEEN TAKEN ON THIS APARTMENT From the 2-car designated parking area you will enter into the hallway of the 2nd floor apartment. There are separate entries for the first and the second floor. The front entry will bring you into a tiled area where you can hang your outdoor clothing to dry and store your shoes or boots. Up the stairs and you will enter into the apartment living-room which has wall-to wall carpet a large double hung window and an oversized walk-in closet. On the living-room wall you will see an electric powered mini-split air conditioner that will cool the front rooms on hot days. The mini-split system is run by a heat pump which can also provide heat for those not to cold days. Off of the living-room is the front bedroom which is a good-sized room. It also has a large closet with sliding doors and a window. As you leave the living-room you will enter into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has granite counter-tops with stainless steel appliances, including Range, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave oven and garbage disposal. The dining area has a 5-light chandelier. Off the dining area is the laundry area with hook ups for an electric washer & dryer and plenty of cabinets for storage. You will then enter into the back hallway which has the bathroom and back bedroom off of it. To the right is the bathroom. It has an oak vanity granite top which has an integrated sink. Above the vanity is a oak framed mirror with lights above. The tub is a one-piece acrylic with a hand-held shower head and there is a shower curtain rod for your use. The bathroom also has a linen closet and oak cabinet above the commode. The other room off the hallway is the spacious back bedroom with a large double hung window and a good-sized closet. The second exit door is in this bedroom. It leads out to a set of stairs which are for emergency use and moving in and out. On the bedroom wall you will see an electric powered mini-split air conditioner that will cool the back rooms on hot days. The mini-split system is run by a heat pump which can also provide heat for those not to cold days. As you walk through the apartment you will notice the entire apartment has wall-to-wall carpet throughout with vinyl flooring in the wet areas. Every window has mini-blinds already there with rods ready for your curtains. Pets are limited to a dog and/or cat which cannot be over 20 pounds or a vicious breed. There is an additional monthly fee for each pet and an additional security deposit is required. You are responsible for all utilities none are included in the lease. The heat is oil baseboard force hot water. The hot water is natural gas and you will also need to have the electric in your name. You can have Comcast, Direct TV or Dish there are already dishes for these on the house.
