We have spent the last few months painting all the walls updating the bath and fully remodeling the kitchen. Our townhouse has first-floor private access and has a nice lawn in the front yard to enjoy. Our unit is in a nice neighborhood surrounded by friendly neighbors. We will be having an open house Sunday, June 21st from 1-4pm. **Master bedroom not shown in photos has two 6 foot closets fully remodeled, a ceiling fan and is 180 sqft, 15' x 12' We require last month's rent up front in addition to the security deposit. Water, trash, internet are included in the price of rent. Tenants will be responsible for electricity. Pets may require a fee. Please no smoking in the unit.
