Lots of amenities , bands / Dj’s / bingo / kids activities/ social events. Electric is on April 1st through end of October. Water is on April 15 through October 15. Weekend winter ( off season ) camping is allowed if you call ahead ( usually by Wednesday to request your electric on . But water is not on so bring water for your consumption The Rec hall bathrooms and showers can be used however. This is a coop of 400 owners. This site is located right on the swimming pond. There are two swimming ponds / beaches a pool and so much to do. The unit is a park model. Includes mini split that’s fairly new. Stove and refrigerator are a little more than two years old. Everything works. I use it as two bedroom ( curtain divides one room but if you only want one bedroom and larger living room you can do that as well I can leave furniture or take it away Recliners and loveseat are newer too.
