We have a dedicated parking spot right off the deck and there is ample parking on the street out front. The home has very comfortable furniture, a well stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, linens as well as games and fishing gear. This rental would be perfect for a couple waiting for their home to be built or renovated or wishing for an extended vacation in the Philadelphia or New York City areas. No pets. This home has a 'no shoes in the house' policy for cleanliness. We are flexible with move-in dates. Landlord provides electricity up to $100 per month, gas up to $200 per month, smart 4K television in living room, water, sewer and garbage service. The duration of the lease is 1 month or more. Garage is for storage and not parking (too small). Fireplace is not functional (dangerous in townhouse situation) and can not be used. Easy access front door with keypad. Absolutely no parties-- neighborhood is quiet and we respect our neighbors' peace. No loud music. We ask that renters are quiet when walking in the neighborhood at night.
