This is a fantastic opportunity to live and play in Portland, Maine. Pleasant Ave. is a short ride to the heart of downtown but far enough away to avoid the noise on weekends. It's a short walk to USM and UNE, and the Baxter Woods are nearby. It has excellent features, like exposed brick, bay windows, and built-in dressers. It also has nice hardwood floors and plenty of sun. You're also welcome to half of the front porch, which is furnished. I've lived in the neighborhood for seven years and building for four. It's a welcoming neighborhood, and we've built a solid community in the building. We'd be happy to welcome you to our home. Since I live in the building, I can quickly be available for any issues. There's an in-building washer and dryer. The on-street parking is never an issue. I pay for electricity, hot water, and trash services (no city bags are needed). I can also provide access to my Wi-Fi. You'd just be responsible for heating. Pets welcome! I'm looking for a one-year lease, after which I can move to month-to-month. I have some flexibility if you're looking for a longer term. I don't require renters insurance, but I do recommend it. Two tenants would be based on the space. We would allow 1-2 pets if they're well-behaved and registered with the city. I pay for electricity, hot water, and trash services. I can also allow access to my wifi. You'd be responsible for heat.
