Homeowner uses only natural cleaning products and HVAC is equipped with a cold plasma air filtration duct system which neutralizes contaminants in the air for your safety and comfort. In the morning from your bedroom, walk out onto one of the upper decks while sipping your nespresso. A walk down the block will bring you to one of Indian Town's 2 private beaches and marina where residents can fish and crab off the piers. Go a little further over the bridge (where residents get their thrills by jumping off into the water) and you will arrive at another private beach. Owner supplies beach passes, beach chairs/umbrellas/rafts and more * see attached addendum. During the evening enjoy your summer dinners from the grill in the backyard area while playing one of the many games available. The quaint town of Old Saybrook has so much to offer such as dining, antique shops, outlet shopping, Katherine Hepburn's Theater and golfing so take a day to explore! Or you can spend the day at nearby Mystic Seaport or the Steam Trains in historical Essex. Rental includes green cleaning and laundry products, blankets and bedspreads, beach chairs and umbrellas, passes for private beaches. Kitchen is fully stocked with lots of indoor and outdoor cookware, dishes and glasses including stemware. There are many spices for your use as well. Parking for 2 -3 cars in driveway, occupancy of 6. No parking on lawn or street. No pets of any kind allowed and home is a non smoking home. Cleaning fee of $150.00 and security deposit of $500.00 is refundable upon a successful walkthrough by the owner. Security deposit, cleaning fee and rent due prior to rental. Rental rate if $2800.00 per week. Cleaning fee can be refunded if tenant leaves home "as found" condition.
