Sorry, this is not the right home for having lots of guests over. Rather, this is a safe and quiet home for the people who live here. We are seeking good-natured, tidy, non-smoking, friendly housemates who are looking for the same, in quiet and clean surroundings, and agree to live by the guidelines and limitations of the house that are listed below. * Room shares big eat-in kitchen with 1 other, and shares bathroom with 4 others. Additional housemates have their own bathroom and kitchen on other floors. 10 housemates total, yet a very quiet household. * Week to Week Rental Agreement. $180 per week, but housemates often stay for years. No limit to length of stay and we prefer long term! * Eco-friendly maid cleans all common areas once per month, as well as weekly chores assigned to housemates. GUIDELINES and LIMITATIONS (Please read!): * Room is an SRO - single room occupancy * Absolutely NO SMOKERS of any substance, drugs, or excessive alcohol or being drunk on the premises. * Limited overnight guests. Once per week. * Quiet hours of about 10pm to 10am. * Occasional visitor okay before 10pm and after 10am. * Recycling Required. * Participation in a weekly chore. * Small caged animals okay.
