This home is a perfect get away. If you like to fish the house its close to the Georgetown marina and Eufaula Marina. There is furniture and a t.v. that Is with the home. The master bedroom has a bed. The living room and den is supplied with couches. Dining room has a kitchen table. So you don't need to worry about to move anything unless you don't like it. There is also a storage shed that will stay with the property. It needs some work its a fixer upper. But I can't do those things anymore my husband died and my own health is declining. I just see no reason to keep it anymore. It's great for anyone who likes to fix things up.
