I bought my home with my wife and kids back in 1987 and I have put in over $200,000.00 in renovation work, I mean completely down to the frame of the house new wall, new roof, new siding, new Newpro windows on all floors, changed the porches to add onto the kitchen to make the send floor kitchen much bigger, and on the 1st floor turned the porch into a bedroom. Neighborhood Description Chelsea Has just fixed and added a great plaza thats only minutes away Brand New Parkside Apartments also Save A-lot store, Extreme clothing store, Kool smiles Dentist for kids, A brand new Home Depot for home emprovements, Dollar Tree store, Vals Florist for all your flower needs, Weight Watchers Center, Mattress Discounters, Sally's beautiy store (Open to the public), Game Stop Video game store, Papa Gino's restaurant, Auto Zone Car needs store. on the other side of plaza we have a brand new Chili's restaurant, McDonald's restaurant, El Pollo Loco restaurant and a 24hr CVS store for all your needs.. If you don't like CVS there is a 24hr Walgreens right on the main street of Chelsea on Broadway 4 minutes by walk down the street from our home one minute walk to the city line of Revere, Mass, and right on the bus Line which is 2 minutes away from my house by walking. My neighborhood also has 3 Dunkin Donuts and a Store 24 Convenience store.
