You enter through the living room that opens into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has lots of nice cupboards, counter space and new appliances. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower. There are two small rooms- one can be used for the bedroom and the other for dressers, etc. They each have a nice sized closet, perfect for one or two tenants (max). There is parking for one in a private parking lot behind the building. A second car can park on the street. During snow bans though, all vehicles are allowed to park in the parking area. There is a coin op laundry room in the basement for tenant use. The unit is available for immediate occupancy and a one year lease a must! This is a non-smoking unit. No pets please. The rent is $1400 which includes the heat. Tenant pays for the electricity and hot water (which is electric). First month's rent and security deposit, great references and credit, clean backgrounds and proof of income are all required. Tenants must be approved on their own merit- as we do not do co-signers.
