This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath furnished house up on Town Mountain near the Governor's residence with mountain view, utilities included. Available for monthly rental January - April 2025. There is a steep spiral staircase to access the lower level, so it may not be suitable for someone with small children or elderly. There is an unfinished basement that has some room for storage. Utilities will be included in the monthly rent. We would really prefer no pets, but willing to negotiate - definitely need to be well behaved and house trained.
