The home has a good foundation. Appraised at $86,000 in 2011. It definitely needs painting, carpet, updating if you wanted. All appliances and utilities are good condition and work perfectly. It has an attic fan which is perfect to use during nice weather with the windows open. We are selling as is which is why the price is low.
