The house is a 2 bed / 2 bath (1000 sq ft), but one of the bedrooms is very small, making it ideal for a home office, a guest room, or a child's room. - Large living room with a lovely Cast Iron Stove. - Huge fenced in back yard with fire pit and raised garden beds. - Split unit ACs in each of the bedrooms. - Large storage room. - No smoking. - Washer and Dryer included. - Rent is $1800 a month with an $1800 security deposit. - Kitchen does not have a dishwasher. - Pets are allowed below 75lbs with a $100 per pet deposit, maximum of 2. - Quiet hours from 10pm-6am - Lawncare and landscaping handled by landlord. - All utilities are tenants responsibility Landlord takes care of yard maintenance.
