The house was not sold in 2002 for 55k. I have owned it since 1986. We have added the family room, expanded the second floor from 1 bedroom and added a bathroom. We also widened the driveway, it is now able to accommodate 5 cars. We also added a large front porch. I don't know where you got the idea the house was sold in02!
