We have the parking area plowed when it snows, but tenants are responsible for clearing the walk to their cars and for clearing their own parking spaces. The tenants pay utilities. The heat and hot water are electric, and the bills vary a great deal by season. There is no central air conditioning, but tenants can provide their own window units. There are washer and dryer HOOKUPS in the bathroom. Tenants must supply their own washers and dryers. Parking space is limited to two vehicles, and no unregistered vehicles may be kept on the property. Storage space outside the apartment is extremely limited, but we can find shed space for bicycles.
