Friendly neighbors, occasional potlucks, and a setting designed for connection and sustainability. We like to keep things simple: water's on us, and we cover the community dues that help keep the roads plowed and the trails maintained. You'll take care of gas, electric, internet, and any other utility adventures you choose to embark on. We do ask for last month's rent at signing. No smoking, please. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Tenants are responsible for basic upkeep of both indoor and outdoor spaces that means things like mowing the lawn, changing smoke detector batteries, and generally keeping things looking lived-in (in a good way).
