The townhouses along Christopher way are fantastic! The street only has one access point, so it is a great location if you are looking for an area that has low traffic. Additionally, these townhouses are managed by Y.A. Realty, which is a responsive operation that makes life easy for its tenants. I couldn't be happier with my renting experience, but I'm ready to be a home owner. That said, I will be breaking my lease early and need to find a tenant to replace my lease. The specific unit that I currently occupy is one of the larger floor plans. It doesn't match the attached pictures perfectly. However, it's pretty close. There are plenty of storage areas and closets on each floor. Each bedroom has a private, full bath, with a half bath off the kitchen. My favorite feature is of course the attached two car garage that is plenty deep for additional storage.
