There aren't many of these charming old homes left that haven't been turned into rentals. This lovely old lady is just as she was built, a one family home. At the rear of the kitchen a door leads to a small area that works to store brooms, mops, etc. This space has two doors. One opens to the right and takes you up stairs to the unfinished attic. This space has so much potential! It would be a great master bedroom, cozy get away or studio apartment. There is also an entrance to this attic space from the upstairs bathroom.
