We are a friendly and easy-going European couple looking for a roommate for our beautiful townhouse in Rancho Mission Viejo/South Ladera Ranch. The townhouse has 3 floors and you will have the first floor entirely to yourself. You will have your own bathroom as well. You will share the 2-nd floor kitchen and the living room with me and my husband. The room for rent is the first room in the pictures. There is no walk-in closet (there is room underneath the staircase to hang your clothes) and there is a garage, but you will need to park around the neighborhood- there is plenty of parking here, so that shouldn't be a problem. We don't have cable TV, but if you want to, you can get your own or we will provide Apple TV at our cost. Rent $1395 plus utilities, $500 deposit, one-year lease. No pets. If you like the room, we will ask you to provide references, drivers licence and social security number to run a background check and credit. Your employment will need to be verified as well.
