"This apartment was a great place to stay during my time in Cumberland. The neighborhood was quiet, and the view from my deck provided visits from deer, wild turkeys, a variety of birds and an occasional fox. The grounds are beautiful in all seasons, and the landlord is meticulous in his upkeep of the property. He is responsive to any maintenance issue which was comforting. I was provided access to a garage with an opener and that was great in the winter. The apartment was roomy, and storage was great. There are lots of cabinet space in the bright kitchen and baths. What the bedrooms lacked in closet space was remedied by a large area off the 2nd bedroom hallway that served as a well lit closet room. Overall, my stay at 8 Abbott Run Valley Road was pleasant - cozy in the winter and breezy in the summer. I'd rent here again if I could, should I return to the area."
