A 15 minute drive and you are at the Mukilteo - Clinton ferry dock and beautiful view of puget sound. You can take a 20 minute ferry ride by car/bicycle/walk to Clinton, soundend of Whidbey Island. Diverse businesses are located with 15 minutes of our neighborhood: Boeing Everett Plant, Intermec HQ, Fluke Mfg, Iron Mountain, Campbell Soup (Stockpot), Cascade Coffee, Comcast, Snohomish PUD, US Postal Facility Everett Plant, Naval Air Station Everett, Port of Everett., Rinker Cement, Tulalip Hotel & Casino, and Everett Event Center. During the summer, lots of outdoor activities along the shores of puget sound from Mukilteo to Port of Everett. During the winter, an hour and half drive and can ski or winter activities at Stevens Pass (east of Everett). We are 30 minutes from Seattle and about 2 hours from Vancouver, BC.
